lutte appropri\u00e9s ;<\/li><li>des recherches sur les pathologies prioritaires telles que d\u00e9finies par les grands programmes mis en place dans la strat\u00e9gie sectorielle du minist\u00e8re en charge de la sant\u00e9 publique et de l\u2019Organisation Mondiale de la Sant\u00e9\u00a0;<\/li><li>des recherches sur les interventions communautaires pour r\u00e9duire la morbidit\u00e9 et la mortalit\u00e9 li\u00e9es aux infections ;<\/li><li>de la mise au point des m\u00e9thodes appropri\u00e9es pour l&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration des conditions de sant\u00e9\u00a0;<\/li><li>des recherches, des formations et des consultations en mati\u00e8re de sant\u00e9 ;<\/li><li>de la coordination des essais cliniques ;<\/li><li>des prestations de service sous forme d\u2019enqu\u00eates \u00e9pid\u00e9miologiques en sant\u00e9 publique ;<\/li><li>de la recherche des moyens de pr\u00e9vention et des techniques de diagnostic fiables et peu on\u00e9reux pour lutter contre les maladies-cibles d\u00e9finies par l\u2019Organisation Mondiale de la Sant\u00e9\u00a0;<\/li><li>de la conception et de l\u2019\u00e9valuation des interventions pour am\u00e9liorer l&rsquo;acc\u00e8s
